Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Civilians ESS gear. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
    • Tags attached
    • In original packaging

To start a return, email us at civiliansshop@outlook.com with your order number.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account after processing.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color? We offer exchanges if stock is available.
  • If not, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items, gift cards, and customized products cannot be returned.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at civiliansshop@outlook.com immediately, and we’ll make it right.
