We want you to love your Civilians ESS gear. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:
Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Tags attached

In original packaging
To start a return, email us at civiliansshop@outlook.com with your order number.
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account after processing.
Exchanges
- Need a different size or color? We offer exchanges if stock is available.
- If not, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items, gift cards, and customized products cannot be returned.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
